However, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same commitment to clarity, efficiency, and customer care that defines our brand.
Our Philosophy: Your satisfaction is as important to us as the technical fabrics in our Winter Coats and Tights. We aim to make the return process as seamless and straightforward as possible.
1. Return & Exchange Policy Overview
- Return Window: You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Important Note on Final Sale Items: Based on our product categories and commitment to hygiene and performance standards, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sports Bras (for hygiene reasons)
- Shorts & Briefs (for hygiene reasons)
- Tights and Leggings (if the hygiene seal is broken)
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” on the product page.
This policy ensures the integrity and safety of our performance wear for all members of our active community.
2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship items back without an RMA number.
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect it (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
- For Returns: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- For Exchanges: We will ship the requested replacement item to your original shipping address. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
3. Refund Timeline & Method
- Timeline: After your return is approved, please allow:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your PayPal account.
- Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
