Where does Baleaf ship from, and where do you deliver?

All orders ship from our San Francisco hub. We ship worldwide, bringing activewear to doorsteps across the globe. Please note: Due to logistical constraints, we’re currently unable to ship to select remote areas and parts of Asia.

What are my shipping options and costs?

We offer two transparent shipping methods to match your pace:
FAST & TRACKABLE Standard Shipping
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Cost: Flat rate of $12.95
• Ideal for: Upcoming events, trips, or when you can’t wait to experience our technical fabrics.
ECONOMICAL & SMART Free Shipping
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
• Cost: FREE on orders over $50 (standard rate applies below $50)
• Ideal for: Planning ahead, stocking up on essentials, and smart spending.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information. For the most detailed tracking and typically faster customs clearance internationally, we recommend our Standard Shipping option.
Pro Tip: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Carriers cannot redirect packages once in transit.

Are there any extra fees for international orders?

Yes. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in your country. These are not included in our shipping charges or product prices. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
